I have been struggling for years with my weight..
I am unhealthy.
I don't eat right, I give up on working out after a week and I drink.
I am currently 5'6 and 171lbs.
This is all about to change now....

I will be testing diets, exercises, fads, shakes, etc.. In hope that I can give you honest reiews and results on what works and what doesn't! I don't know about you but I'm sick of hearing people say of I lost 20lbs in a week doing this and then when I try it I gained 6.
